About Ashley
I met my fiance PJ while studying at Bradley University. We dated throughout college and became engaged our senior year. Since then, we've relocated from Illinois to New York City. We are both working and living together in the city.
I am currently working as a publicity assistant at Wiley-Blackwell, an imprint of John Wiley & Sons. Wiley is located across the Hudson River from Manhattan in Hoboken, NJ. This is my first job out of college and my first real job in publishing, and I really do love it.
About Patrick
Patrick began working for the New York Times in May 2011. Before that, he studied computer information systems at Bradley University, where he met Ashley.
At the New York Times, Patrick works as a web developer. In his spare time, he plays video games, works on side projects, and spends time with Ashley.
How we met
We were introduced our freshman year of college by our mutual friend, Lyra Johnson, who happened to be Ashley's college roommate at the time. Lyra will now serve as maid-of-honor.
